Theta Healing

What Is Theta Healing & How Does it Work?

Theta Healing is a holistic healing modality that combines meditation, spiritual philosophy, and energy work to facilitate deep transformation and healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. It was founded by Vianna Stibal in 1995, inspired by her personal journey of healing from a leg tumor.

At the core of Theta Healing is the belief that our thoughts and beliefs profoundly influence our reality and well-being. The technique harnesses the theta brainwave state, a state of deep relaxation and heightened receptivity, to access the subconscious mind and enact positive change.

Theta Healing works by accessing and altering limiting beliefs and patterns stored in the subconscious mind. Through a process called "digging," practitioners help clients identify and release deeply ingrained beliefs and emotions that may be contributing to physical or emotional challenges. These beliefs are then replaced with empowering and supportive beliefs that align with the client's desired outcomes.

The technique involves entering a theta brainwave state through meditation and visualization techniques. In this state, practitioners are able to connect with the universal energy or the energy of the Creator, depending on one's spiritual beliefs. This connection allows for healing on a profound level, as practitioners channel divine energy to facilitate physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

Theta Healing is versatile and can be applied to a wide range of issues, including physical ailments, emotional traumas, relationship challenges, and spiritual growth. It can be used in conjunction with other healing modalities or as a standalone therapy.

Ultimately, Theta Healing empowers individuals to release what no longer serves them and embrace their full potential. By changing subconscious beliefs and patterns, individuals can create profound shifts in their lives, leading to greater health, happiness, and fulfilment.
